To ensure fairness and maintain efficient operations, refunds for returned materials will incur a 20% restocking charge. This charge helps us cover the significant time and effort involved in processing returns of our heavy, reclaimed roofing materials. Our process includes manually unloading and re-loading materials, inspecting them to ensure they meet our high-quality standards for resale, and re-stocking them in our yard. This policy helps us minimise over-ordering, keeping our operations smooth and our materials available for all customers.
